This Privacy Policy explains how Battle of Heroes collects, uses, stores, and protects user data. Battle of Heroes is a strategy card game that includes account features, deck building, solo adventure, online battles, in-game rewards, and optional purchases.

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect the following data:

Account Information

• Username or display name
• User ID generated by our authentication provider

Game Data

• Deck configuration
• Owned cards
• GGT balance and reward history
• Rank, MMR, league progress, and match results
• Solo adventure progress
• Daily login reward status

App Activity

• Basic app interactions, such as opened screens and selected features
• Gameplay events used to improve balance and stability
• Crash or error-related diagnostic information, if available

Purchase Information

• Purchase history related to in-app products
• Purchase tokens or transaction identifiers required for verification
• Product IDs and purchase status

Messages and Social Features

• Friend requests
• Direct messages, if the messaging feature is used
• Reports, blocks, or mute actions submitted by users

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Battle of Heroes does not collect the following categories of data:

• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts
• Calendar data
• Photos or videos
• Audio or voice recordings
• Health or fitness data
• Files or documents from your device
• Web browsing history

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing user accounts
• Saving game progress, decks, cards, rewards, and rankings
• Running online matches and multiplayer-related features
• Processing and verifying purchases
• Providing daily rewards, tasks, and in-game economy features
• Improving gameplay balance, stability, and user experience
• Detecting misuse, cheating, fraud, or abuse
• Responding to user support and data deletion requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that are necessary for the app to function.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Used for authentication, database, user profiles, game state, online features, and backend functions.
• Google Play Billing: Used for processing in-app purchases and purchase verification.

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

5. Data Security

Data is transmitted using encrypted connections such as HTTPS/TLS. Backend access is protected using authentication and Row Level Security policies where applicable.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for app functionality, legal compliance, and security.

• Account data: Stored until the account is deleted.
• Game state and progress: Stored until the account is deleted.
• Match history: May be stored for up to 2 years.
• Economy ledger and purchase-related records: May be stored for up to 5 years for fraud prevention, accounting, and legal reasons.
• Daily login claims: May be stored for up to 1 year.
• Analytics events: May be stored for up to 90 days in aggregated or diagnostic form.
• Direct messages: Stored until account deletion or until removed according to app rules.

7. Account Deletion

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data directly from inside the app.

In-App Deletion Instructions

1. Open Battle of Heroes.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the Account section.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

After account deletion, personal account data and gameplay data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or purchase-verification reasons.

8. User Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to certain processing activities
• Request a copy of your data

9. Children’s Privacy

Battle of Heroes is not directed to children under the age of 13. Users under 13 should not create an account or use account-based features. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
